- Mission of Hope, Bolivia The Mission of Hope, Bolivia is a free clinic that was founded in Santa Cruz, Bolivia by a Virginia Native. The clinic is open year-round with two weeks of surgery, an ENT trip in the Spring, and a General Surgery trip in the Fall. Each surgery trip is staffed by local doctors, nurses, and volunteers who travel to Bolivia to provided needed and life-changing surgeries absolutely free of charge. We have been supporting Mission of Hope by sending volunteers since the Fall of 2012.
