Temple D. Myers, Pastor

The Pastor of Memorial Baptist Church is Temple D. Myers. He was raised in Richmond, Virginia and graduated from the University of Richmond with a BA in English. He earned his Master of Divinity at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He came to Staunton as our pastor in November, 1972.

Ben J. Sprouse, Associate Pastor / Youth Minister

Ben Sprouse serves as both the Associate Pastor and the Youth Minister of Memorial Baptist Church. He is a native of Staunton, and attended Mary Baldwin College earning a B.A. in Religion and Philosophy. He then went on to earn a Master of Divinity at Beeson Divinity School at Samford University in Birmingham Alabama. Ben began serving at Memorial Baptist in October, 1999.
